We hope you’ve been enjoying your time at The Bryn! Our team has exciting news about newly upgraded units coming this summer within our community. A limited number of our 4×2 Deluxe and 4×2 Standard with Balcony units will receive substantial upgrades, such as:

NEW KITCHEN AND BATHROOM UPGRADES
NEW COUNTERTOPS
NEW IN-UNIT WASHER AND DRYER
NEW LED LIGHTING AND FAUX WOOD BLINDS IN COMMON AREAS
NEW BLACK GE APPLIANCES
And coming this fall, the clubhouse will also receive upgrades.
Upgrades are coming this fall to the clubhouse, including a full renovation with a fresh coat of paint, as well as new furniture and flooring.
