Welcome, Bryn Residents! We’re so excited to kick off October festivities with you. We have a lot of fun events and activities planned that we know you’ll enjoy. If you renewed, we want to thank you for choosing The Bryn as your home away from home, so we’re starting off October with a week solely to show you how much we care. These events will be held the whole first week of October, so don’t miss out on your chance for free food, fun, and swag.
Maintenance Tips
During the first week of October, S&C Contracting will be entering all units along with a Bryn team member to clean all the dryer vents. We’ll send more information about this to you prior to the work being completed.
If you’re having any problems in your apartment, don’t wait to put in a maintenance request. You can submit a maintenance request by coming down to or calling the office, or via your resident portal.
Have an after-hours maintenance emergency? Don’t worry! Just call the office at (814) 238-3030, and the 24-hour answering service will make sure to have the on-call team there as soon as possible.
Reminders & Updates
If you haven’t renewed your lease yet, don’t delay! We’re only allotted a small number of discounted rates to give to our renewing residents, and we don’t want you to miss these discounts. Call, email, or stop in to see us today to renew your lease and make The Bryn your home for another year!
We highly encourage residents to follow us on Twitter, Instagram, Facebook, and Snapchat for more convenient updates on events, promotions, and reminders.
Happy October!
We hope you’ve had a good start to the semester! Everyone should be settled in by now and ready to take on the school year. October will be packed with events and a special Resident Appreciation Week planned from October 2–6, so be sure to look at the events section in this newsletter.
Renewal rates and new lease rates are ready! Please stop by the front desk so we can answer any questions you have in regard to renewing your lease — we’re happy to help.
Get involved. Get ahead.
Did you know students who are involved outside of the classroom are more successful in their academic pursuits? If you haven’t already done so, we encourage you to find opportunities to get involved on campus and in the local community. Your campus’ student activities office is a great place to start to find out about clubs, organizations, and campus events. You can also connect with our team to find ways to get connected. Whether it’s the chess club or intramural football, or volunteering at a local shelter, we would love to help you find ways to get involved both at your Campus Advantage community and on campus.
How are we doing?
Have you filled out your resident satisfaction survey yet? Please take a moment to let us know how we’re doing and get a chance to win a $1,000 or $500 gift card! Simply visit http://ratemy.community. We are always working to improve your experiences!
